Congrats to our lovely seller who took all the right steps to prepare her home for sale in a challenging market. The key to listing an older home right now is to do all the due diligence beforehand and avoid surprises; I don’t know about you but we don’t like surprises! We had the property per-inspected and addressed any issues before listing, and as a result, we had a smooth closing without any sort of inspection drama.
