I've been a Colorado resident since 2000 and I absolutely love living on the Front Range! Every town is unique and has something special to offer. Real Estate is my true calling and it's been a thrill to represent buyers and sellers as we navigate a fast paced and ever-changing market. Writing creative and competitive offers to win bidding wars without overpaying is my specialty, even for those without big down payments. I especially love working with first time homebuyers. I remember the thrill and excitement of buying my first home and I approach every transaction with the same enthusiasm as if it were my own.

When it comes to sellers, I like to make sure every property is marketed in its best light, and I never shy away from a challenge! My listings always look top notch and are professionally presented.

After two decades on the front range, I’ve come to know and love all the incredible neighborhoods and everything they have to offer. In addition to having a wealth of knowledge of the area, I bring patience, kindness, and expert negotiation skills to the table.
